The Recycling Refund and Litter Reduction Amendment Act of 2025 known as "the Bottle Bill," was introduced on January 15, 2025. The Committee on Business and Economic Development is holding a hearing on October 1, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Please use this Google Form which includes the Council link to register to testify. You can also share your information so we can keep you posted on your testimony time and let you know about two testimony training sessions.  The bill has been referred to the Committee on Business and Economic Development until November14th 2025, and then to the Committee on Transportation and the Environment.
